Fees
Services are available to all persons
residing in the two county area. Fees are based on family income and the number of people
in the home. Persons who live outside of the two county area are charged the full cost of
service.

family therapy services are
provided to both adults and children

Psychiatric Services |
Evaluation ~ Medication Management
A
psychiatric consultant is available to provide services such
as psychiatric evaluations and medication management to adults and children.

Supportive Community Living |
Facilitating Reintegration to Community
Supportive Community Living
services are provided to facilitate the integration of
individuals with mental illness into the community through services such as assisting with
basic needs (food, clothing, shelter), mental health treatment, crisis intervention, and
social/vocational rehabilitation.

| Tracker Services |
Providing Adolescent Tracking & Monitoring Services
Trackers are
provided for adolescent tracking and monitoring services.
This grant funded service links Juvenile Court Services, the Iowa Department of Human
services and the Mental Health Center together in an effort to provide adolescent tracking
services for the Buena Vista geographic area which includes Buena Vista, Ida, Crawford,
and Monona counties.

| Community Link Program |
Links Adult Mentors to Denison children.
The Community Links Program links adult mentors
to Denison children in need of encouragement, friendship, and exposure to a supportive
environment. Mentors and children participate in individual and community activities. For

| Preclinical
Evaluation |
This evaluation is an issue specific.
It is a one time appointment designed to make
recommendations regarding treatment or referrals.

| Senior
Outreach Program |
Senior citizens mental health and well-being.
Senior Outreach Program provides services of a preventive and sustaining nature for
senior citizens whose mental health and well-being are threatened by challenges of the aging process.

| Remedial
Services Evaluation |
To determine services and
treatment.
This evaluation is intended for those who have been
identified by The Department of Human Services as having
possible mental health needs. The Client is evaluated by
a licensed clinician who determines the need for
services and then writes a treatment order.
|
| Remedial
Services |
These
services are provided after the Remedial evaluation.
They consist of individual,
family, or group sessions that are provided either in
the office or at the home of the client.
